Certain Goods or services may not be available at the time of order, in which case Eye 2 Eye Opticians reserves the right not to accept orders for certain items. Due to the Fact that all Optical sports spectacles are to individual specifications and prescriptions, and also the Manufacture specifications differ with each order. Eye 2 Eye Opticians can not therefore guarantee any specific delivery times. Our best endeavors will be applied to ensure a prompt and efficient service to our clients at all times.

SPECIAL NOTE..

Due to the nature of complete Spectacles being supplied and made up to the customers own specifications (ie. a Valid Optical prescription) there is no right to cancellation under the distance selling regulations of the EU.

Where Items are supplied including Ophthalmic spectacle lenses the Prescription supplied by the Purchaser must have been supplied by a registered Optical Practitioner, and be less than 2 years old. Orders for prescription lenses are accepted in good faith and No responsiblity or liability for personal injury will be accepted by Eye 2 Eye Opticians which may arise from the supply of Lenses or spectacles where the Prescription has been prescribed by another party.

All articles supplied conform with the current CE and EU regulations related to the supply of Medical devices.

All Payments are in Pounds Sterling only and the method of payment is by credit/debit card via our secure server. International Orders - prices are the same as UK orders, Less the VAT of 17.5% but local taxes may be due at the point of entry or deliver point in the Country or state of residence, and actual shipping charges will apply.
It is the consumers responsibility to conform to comply with the laws of the Country of residence in which they wish the goods to be delivered.

All orders are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The Passing of risk and title is passed to the purchaser upon delivery.
